Our athletes must have a growth mindset and be coachable.
Volleyball is a team sport a commitment to the team is required, so we expect athletes to attend all practices and scheduled tournaments.
Parents and athletes are expected to respect to all coaches, athletes, officials, and otherwise encountered throughout the season. Athletes may be asked to leave the club with no refund if there are issues with bullying and/or inappropriate behavior in any form.
To offset some of the cost, Vipers VBC will organize fundraiser events, and athletes will need to take part in these activities.
If we are not playing a game during a tournament, it is likely that we are asked to “work” a game. Athletes are expected to certify for r2 and scorekeeping training
